2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect through Helprs Pro, including through our website, mobile apps, support communications, business onboarding, and related interactions. It covers information we collect directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, and from other sources.

In some cases, Helprs provides services to business customers that manage their own workers, customers, and related records through Helprs Pro. In those cases, the business customer or workspace owner may control certain content and account data submitted into the platform. Where we process that information on behalf of a business customer, we may act as a service provider or processor rather than as the primary controller of that information. If you are a worker, customer, or other end user whose information was submitted by a business using Helprs Pro, you may need to contact that business directly for certain requests relating to that data.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect a broad range of information depending on how you use Helprs Pro, which features you enable, the permissions you grant on your device, and the workspace or business relationship involved.

When you use Helprs Pro, we may automatically collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, app version, operating system, crash and diagnostic information, log data, dates and times of access, pages or features used, clickstream information, session activity, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookies, and similar technologies used for authentication, security, analytics, preferences, and service performance.

We may also collect information about how you interact with the platform, including usage metrics, error reports, referral sources, and technical event data needed to operate and improve the service.
