How We Got Here
Started a Moving Company
Two of our team members started with boots on the ground running a real moving company, learning every pain point firsthand and understanding what it actually takes to deliver great service day-to-day.
Stuck in the Field Doing Admin Work
We spent way too much time in the field moving, scheduling, chasing down invoices, coordinating crews, and handling customer follow-ups. The business ran, but it also ran us into the ground.
Upgraded Operating Systems
By replacing disconnected tools with a single platform to enhance communications, scheduling, and payments, we created a better customer experience and experience for our workers. Our business stopped depending on us to hold it together.
Scaled the Company to $1M
Those systems worked. We grew our moving company from $150,000 to $1 million in revenue in just 18 months — with better margins, better ratings, and a stronger team.
