Anyone can copy a name and address. The reason we built a proper extension is everything around the edges:

It reads the notes so you don't have to

Customers often bury the actual arrival time in their order notes — "we'd like the crew there around 9am," "anytime after lunch works." Helprs Import parses those notes and extracts the appointment time automatically. If no time is specified, it applies a sensible default window for morning, afternoon, or evening arrivals, so the job never lands on your calendar as a vague all-day blob.

It won't let you import the same job twice

If you're importing into Helprs, the extension checks for duplicates. Refresh the page, click twice, come back to the same order tomorrow — you still end up with exactly one job on the schedule, not three.

One-click undo

Imported the wrong job, or sent it to the wrong place? Undo it right from the confirmation dialog. No hunting through your calendar to delete stray events.

Your data stays yours

This one matters to us. Helprs imports go only to your own Helprs account. Calendar imports go directly from the page into your own calendar — they never touch our servers. We're not collecting your customer list; we're just saving you the typing.
